The Site has security measures in place that are intended to help protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or alteration of the information under our control both during transmission and once the information is received. These measures include encryption of data using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system and using a secured messaging service when we send your personal information electronically to the Site.

Despite these measures, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from us via the Site by Internet, text message, or email cannot be guaranteed.

REVISIONS TO PRIVACY POLICY
We may revise this Privacy Statement from time to time as we add new features or modify how we manage information, or as laws change that may affect our services.

If the changes are significant, we will give you time to consider the changes before they become effective. Your consent to the Privacy Policy updates is required to continue using this application and/or web page. But if you do not consent, you can still obtain your Health Data.

Should we make material changes to our privacy policy, we will provide a brief summary of key changes, which you will have to “accept” to continue utilizing DBQ Pro’s services.

SITE VISITOR DATA
In addition to web logs, described below, DBQ Pro routinely gathers data on Site activity, such as how many people visit the Site, the web pages or mobile screens they visit, where they come from, how long they stay, etc.

The data is collected on an aggregate basis, which means that no personally identifiable information is associated with the data. This data helps us improve our content and overall usage. The information is not shared with other organizations for their independent use.

The Site does not honor a browser’s signal or header request not to track the user’s activity.

DATA CACHING BY MOBILE APPLICATIONS
To ensure a good user experience, certain data may be temporarily or permanently cached by the Mobile Applications on users’ mobile devices. Any data that is personally identifiable will be encrypted and will not be viewable by anyone without access to the user’s User ID and Password.

Payment Processors: if you pay for use of our services, we will use your personal information to process payments and confirm your transactions.
Service Providers: We may use third-party contractors and service providers to process your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. These service providers may include third-party marketing, survey, analytics, reservation systems, and software suppliers.

The Company and its Affiliates will retain the Client’s personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was processed for the duration of the Client Service Agreement unless a longer period is required to comply with applicable laws.
Retention periods may vary depending on:
(i) the purpose for which the personal data was collected and used, which may differ depending on the nature of the personal data and the activities involved,
(ii) the length of the Client’s participation in our services, or,
(iii) whether there are legal obligations to which either the Company or the Client are subject. The Company will retain the Client’s personal data, including non-VA data, for 5 years if the Client’s account is dormant.
Direct Marketing Uses and Disclosures: We may send you direct marketing communications and information about products and services offered. We may aggregate your personal data and use it to develop marketing programs and service offerings that we believe may be of interest to you. We may send these to you by email, text message, or by mail.
We may also share your personal data with our licensees, affiliates, and business partners for their direct marketing communications. We will not charge you for such calls or texts. Your mobile service provider will charge you according to the applicable plan to which you subscribe.
You may request that we not share personal information about you with such third parties by emailing our team as indicated in the below paragraph. We will implement your request within a reasonable time after we receive it.
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us and our business partners at any time by emailing us at any time at info@dbqpro.com with the subject line “Opt-out.” We will remove you from all marketing communications within 14 days of receipt of your opt-out email.
We will not share your personal information with other companies for their marketing use unless you actively consent to such sharing. However, denying consent to information sharing may not prohibit sharing for non-marketing and operational purposes such as customer service or assisting with your requested services.
You can unsubscribe from emails from us by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the footer of the email communication you have received. Although we aim to process your choices promptly, you may still receive marketing communications prepared before we received your request to unsubscribe. If you choose not to receive marketing messages from us, you may not be able to receive certain benefits, such as promotions.
We may also work with third-party companies that use their tracking technologies (including cookies and pixel tags) on our websites to provide tailored advertisements on our behalf and behalf of other advertisers across the Internet. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

In the event of any unauthorized access or theft of User’s data, DBQ Pro will promptly notify User and perform all reasonably necessary actions to remedy or mitigate the effects of the data breach. The Company will coordinate and cooperate in good faith on developing the content of any related public statements or any required notices.

We try to strike a balance between the security of your personal data and your convenience. As a result, we may sometimes use a method of communication that is less secure than a less convenient alternative. For example, but not limitation, we may send you an email or text message in an unencrypted form because many of our customers are unable to access encrypted (coded) emails or messages. This means that our message, if misrouted or intercepted, could be read more easily than encrypted messages. For this reason, please do not include confidential information, such as your credit card number or account passwords, in any email or text message you send to us or on any posting you make to a public area of a third party social network page, especially since any such posting immediately becomes public.

USE OF OUR IMAGES
All images and/or pictures of properties featured on our sites are our property, and any unauthorized reproduction, appropriation, or distribution of the aforementioned images and/or pictures is prohibited.

SUBMISSIONS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Unless governed by separate terms identified at the time of submission, all comments, ideas, reviews, photos, or videos you communicate or submit to us (collectively “Submissions”) will be considered non-confidential and non- proprietary. We shall have no obligation of any kind concerning such Submissions and shall be free to use and distribute Submissions for any purposes, without limitations.

If you upload your own content to our sites, please be advised that this content will be accessible by the public at large, and not just by us. Therefore, you should never upload any content or personal information that you do not want others to have access to. You should not upload photos or videos that include people that you do not know and/or do not have their permission to use.

PERMANENTLY DELETE DATA
A user can request to have DBQ Pro permanently delete their data stored within our Company by contacting us via email at info@dbqpro.com with the subject line “Permanently Delete Data.” The user will receive a response within 10 days regarding the deletion of the user’s data. We will permanently delete the user’s data within 45 days of the request unless the information is required to be retained by law or falls under another exception as indicated above in the “Right to Deletion of Personal Information” section.

We may revise this Privacy Statement from time to time as we add new features or modify how we manage information, or as laws change that may affect our services. If we make material changes to our Privacy Statement, we will post notice of this on our Site before the changes become effective.
